低温对发育未成熟心肌缺血保护的实验研究
EFFECT OF HYPOTHERMIA ON THE PROTECTION OF IMMATURE MOUSE MYOCARDIUM FROM ISCHEMIC DAMAGE
【摘要】 器官培养心脏在无低谢基质加乏氧条件下(以下简称缺血培养)3小时,4℃时心脏立即停跳,再有氧24小时心脏搏动功能、超微结构恢复正常;37℃时心肌发生不可复性损伤,搏动异常。4℃低温对未成熟心肌缺血具有朗好的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Cultured fetal mmice hearts deprived of glucose and oxygen for 3 hours were used to study the effect of temperature on isehemic damage. At l((n=8), the hearts ceased beating immediately, after 24 hours in culture medium with oxygen and glucose, the ultrasturcture of heart cells returned to normal. At 37 C (n=8), the heart cells showed irreversible damage, and at 20 C(n=8).showed reversible damage. Thus, 4C protects well the immature myocardium from ischemia damage.
