【Abstract】 The germicidal efficacy and stability of 5 compound chlorine-containing disinfectantswere compared experimentally.Of them,Guoyue Disinfectant and Youjiejing contain mainlysodium dichloroisocyanurate,Potent Bactericide and Kuaibaijing contain mainly calciumhypochlorite,and Jinxing Disinfectant contains mainly sodium hypochlorite.The results indicated that the germicidal efficacy of the 5 compound chlorine-containingdisinfectants differed greatly.The concentration of available chlorine required for killing99.9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger after exposure for 20 min was lowest forYoujiejing and Potent Bactericide(50 mg/L)and highest for Kuaibaijing(500 mg/L).Theconcentration of available chlorine required for killing 99.9% of spores of B.subtilis var.nig-er in suspension containing 10% human serum was 6～20 times that for spores of the samebacteria in suspension without human serum and the exposure time for killing the former wasprolonged from 20 min to 30 min.After storage at 54℃ for 1 week,the concentration ofavailable chlorine decreased by>10% except Jinxing Disinfectant and Guoyue Disinfectant.更多还原
