【摘要】 本文应用 Weibull 分布全参数模型对福建省立医院1980～1982年收治的129例胃癌根治术后病人并随访8年的生存期影响因素进行分析,建立了多因素综合预测生存期的生存率函数。经拟合优度检验 X~2=7.52,P>0.1。用福建省肿瘤医院1986～1988年实行胃癌根治术的病人37例对生存率函数进行考核,正确率为75.68%。两部份的考核结果表明本文建立的生存率函数可用于估计胃癌病人的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper applies Weibull distribution parameter model to analyse the influencing factors of the survival time of the patients with their gastric cancer radically reaected in Fujian during 1980～1982.As a result,a comprehensive multifactori- al prediction model is presented.The sample size is 129.The goodness-of-fit test shows X~2=7.52,P>0.05,The prediction model is applide to predict the five year survival probabilities of 37 cases of Fujian tumout hospital.The correct rate of the predicting results is 75.68%.These two checking results indi- cate the prediction model is practical and accurate.更多还原
