【摘要】 通过蹬车运动试验，观察３６例常规尿蛋白检查阴性的糖尿病患者，运动前、后血、尿中β２微球蛋白（β２－ＭＧ）改变，结果１７例Ⅰ型糖尿病患者蹬车后３０分钟和６０分钟尿β２－ＭＧ较蹬车前明显增加，１９例亚型糖尿病患者蹬车运动后６０分钟尿β２－ＭＧ增加，而对照组无一改变。对２８例运动后尿β２－ＭＧ增加者，随诊５年后２２例（７８．６％）尿蛋白转为阳性，说明ＤＭ患者运动后β２－ＭＧ改变可能有助于糖尿病肾病的早期发现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of serum and urinary β2-microglobulin (β2-MG)before and after exercise testing by bicycle ergometers were observed on 36 cases of diabetic patients without urinary protein by routine test. 28 normal subjects matched in age and sex were taken as control. The results showed that the urinary β2-MG were significantly increased after exercise testing for 30min and 60min in 17 patients with IDDM and significantly increased in 19 patients with NIDDM after exercise testing for 60min,but no change in normal control. The urinary protein of 22 (78.6%)among 28 cases with increased urinary β2-MG after exercise testing became positive by routine test after followed for 5 years. These results indicated that urinary β2-MG increased after exercise testing may be helpful to the earlier detection of diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
