NIDDM中慢性合并症及代谢紊乱对Lp(α)水平的影响

【摘要】 对58例NIDDM患者以自行制备的特异抗血清用酶联免疫法测定Lp(α)水平,用多元逐步回归、分层切割抽样比较等方法,研究糖脂代谢紊乱控制程度及慢性合并症对Lp(α)水平的影响。结果发现:NIDDM全组Lp(α)水平增高(P<0.05),但这增高主要是慢性合并症组Lp(α)水平增高的结果;合并症组Lp(α)水平显著高于无合并症组(P<0.01);空腹血糖(FPG)水平和Lp(α)水平呈一定的正相关,且随FPG的增高,Lp(α)水平有增高趋势。结果提示NIDDM慢性合并症和糖代谢紊乱控制程度可在一定程度上影响Lp(α)水平。

【Abstract】 Lipoprotein (α) [Lp (α)] was measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay with specific anti-Lp(α) serum in 58 cases of NIDDM and 42 age matched normal controls. It was found that:①serum Lp(α) level in NIDDM as a whole was higher than that in normal controls (P<0.05), but the difference between NIDDM without chronic complications and normal controls was not significant statistically.②Lp(α) level in NIDDM with chronic complications was higher than that in NIDDM without chronic complications (P<0.01). ③Lp (α) level was positively related to FPG level in NIDDM (r=0.303,P<0.03) and its increase with increment of FPG was significant statistically (P<0.05). The results indicated that in addition to the genetic factor, Lp(α)level in NIDDM was affected by chronic complications and degree of control of disturbance in carbohydrate metabolism.
