核酸酶活性与甜菜杂种优势及产质量关系研究

【摘要】 通过对3个典型杂交组合的核改酶活性与杂种优势及产质量关系分析结果表明,甜菜6叶期杂种1代核酸酶(RNase)活性在各组合内呈负优势,均低于双亲平均值,与双亲问差异达显著水平,与根产量和产糖量呈显著负相关,因而该期的核糖核酸酶活性可作为入选优势杂种参考生理指标。

【Abstract】 The relation of Heterosis and nucleic acid enzyme activity of three typical sugarbeet hybrized combinations are studied, the results show, at 6-leaf stage,there is negative heterosis in first hybrid genalation’s RNase activity,this is significant different with parents’,and there is negative correlation between the RNase activity and root yield. So,the RNase activity at 6-leaf stage can be used as an reference physiological index of selecting good hybrid.
