非塞流固体输送理论的简化
Simplification of Non-Plug Solid Conveying Theory
【摘要】 本文依据固体输送段的非塞流现象,把固体分成上、中、下层,通过应力-速度方程,推导出产量与压力降的三次方程,这样既简化了非塞流团体输送理论,又保持了原有精度,计算结果表明了该方法的可行与实用性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the author simplifies the non-plug solid conveying theory ofextrusion engineering dividing the solid into three layers, i. e., up middleand down layer. According to the stress-velocity relation, the author deducesand obtains the output-pressure drop trinomial equation. The calculationresults show the method is simple and practical.
