PET/PA66共混体系的DSC分析及相容性研究

【摘要】 采用溶液法、简单机械共混(熔融法Ⅰ)和存在酯—酰胺交换反应共混法(熔融法Ⅱ)将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和聚酰胺66(PA66)共混,系统地进行了DSC分析,并对PET/PA66共混体系的相容性作了一定的探讨。结果表明:PET/PA66共混体系为一热力学不相容体系,熔融法Ⅱ能提高共混物的相容性。

【Abstract】 The blends of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and polyamide-66 (PA66)are prepared by solution blending, simple mechanical blending (melting method I) and ester-amide exchange reactinon blending (melting method Ⅱ). Compatibility of tile blends obtained by three different methods is dfiscussed basing on DSC analysis. The results show that the compatibiliLy of blends call be improved by the melting method Ⅱ, and PET/PA66 blends is a thermodynamially incompatible system.
