【摘要】 为探求卵巢性索间质肿瘤的最佳治疗方法,本文回顾性分析我院1980年1月至1992年12月收治的28例卵巢颗粒细胞瘤及卵泡膜细胞瘤的临床、病理特点及治疗。结果表明,这类肿瘤早期患者居多,较少转移复发。Ⅰa期单纯手术多能根治,术后无须辅助治疗,但其他各期颗粒细胞瘤术后应辅以化疗或放疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To seek more effective therapeutics for sex cord-stromal tumors of ovary.Design:The clini- cal and pathological features and treatment of 28 cases of granulose cell tumor and theca cell tumor of ovary treated in the afffiliated hospital of Guangdong medi- cal college from January 1980 to December 1992 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The patients in early stages(Ia-Ic)of these tumors constituted the majori- ty of this kind of patients.The metastasis and recur- rence of these tumors were comparatively low.Con- clusions:The patients in the stage Ia may be cured completely by pure operation,the supplementary treatment was unnecessary.The postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy are indicated for the pa- tients with granulosa cell tumor in other stages.更多还原
