【摘要】 本文对210例正常孕妇自妊娠12周至孕足月期间4个不同时期血清K⁺、Na⁺、Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺、Cl^-的浓度进行检测,并与54例足月妊高征病人五种血清离子浓度进行比较。结果:妊高征孕妇血清K⁺、Na⁺、Mg²⁺浓度变化不大,Cl^-浓度有升高趋势,但在正常范围内波动。妊高征病人血清钙离子浓度有明显降低,与正常足月孕妇相比有显著差异（P<0.01）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum concentrations of K⁺ , Na⁺ , Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺ and Cl^- were determined in 210 normal pregnant women at 4 different stages of pregnancy and in 54 women with term preganeey suffering from pregnancy induced hypertension（PIH）. Comparison between the 2 groups revealed that concentrations of K⁺, Na⁺ and Mg²⁺ were not changed in PIH patients though Cl^- was slightly elevated within the normal range.
