【摘要】 本文对近期选育出的苎麻高效脱胶菌株Ｔ８５—２６０的培养技术进行了系统的研究。结果表明，葡萄糖营养琼脂斜面１４小时即长成丰满菌苔。该菌株适宜生长ｐＨ为６．０～８．０，最适生长ｐＨ６．５～７．０，ｐＨ≥９．０或≤５．０时，活菌量仍有少许增加；最适生长温度为３７℃，最高生长温度在４０～４２℃。液态培养采用面粉无机盐培养基，适量通气培养６～７小时即可获得满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A set of cultural technique of high-efficiency strain slected resently for ramie degumming is researched in this paper. It is shown that the strain grows very well on glunose nutrient agar in 14 hours. The strain grows the fastest at PH6. 5～7. 0,well at PH6. 0～8. 0, and slight pH≥9. 0 or pH≤5.0. The optimum growth tempreture is at 37℃, and the highest is between 40～42℃,flour-minerals medium used for the liquid can be get good culture effect in 6～7 hours under the areabic condition.更多还原
