新型栅极用TZM薄板轧制工艺的研究
STUDY ON ROLLING PROCESS TECHNOLOGY OF TZM ALLOY THIN SHEETS TO PRODUCE NEW TYPE GRID
【摘要】 研究了粉冶TZM钼合金薄板轧制工艺,通过850~1000℃低温开坯、横轧、叠轧等工艺试验结果表明,不用传统轧制工艺.可生产出0.25mm×310mm×420mm高质量的TZM合金薄板,满足用户的高性能和高精度的技术要求。为改进钼合金板材轧制工艺提供了科学数据。
【Abstract】 The rolling process technology of TZM alloy thin sheets is studied by low temperature (850~1000 ℃) blooming,cross rolling and pack rolling. The test results show that the high quality TZM alloy thin sheets (0. 25 mm ×310 mm ×420 mm) can be produced by this rolling process technology without the conventional one,hereby it is satisfied with technical requirments of high properties and precision for users. Some scientific data are provided for improving the rolling process technology of TZM alloy sheets.
