【摘要】 根据食管癌切除术后肠道功能仍被保留,采用术中置空肠营养管,术后肠内营养治疗36例食管中下段及胃底贲门癌患者。达到了加强术后病人营养支持,预防和治疗吻合口瘘的目的。强调在开始肠内营养前,确定空肠营养管是否到达空肠非常重要,介绍了鉴定的方法。肠内营养时要注意营养液的滴注速度、浓度和温度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because the function of intestine is still almost intact after esophagectmy. We used postoperative inter-intestine nutrition with a nutrition tube put in jejunum during the procedure of esophagectomy to treat 36 patients with esophagus or cardia cancer. It is satisfactory to get the purpose to avoid and cure the fistula of esophagogastrostomy and strengthen nutrition support postoperatively.We emphasized it is very important to make sure that the nutrition tube had reached in jejunum before feeding through the tube and suggested three methods to check it. The attention should be paid to the perfusion speed .concentration and temperature of the nutrition liquid also.更多还原
