【摘要】 选用要素膳作为口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者术后的营养膳食,对39例手术治疗病人进行前瞻性对照研究。随机分组,治疗组18例,对照组21例。前者术后供给要素膳,后者按我院术后常规饮食进行营养补充。结果表明:1.治疗组摄入营养素明显高于对照组;2.治疗组病人术后营养缺乏显著轻于对照组;3.要素膳虽有一定的副反应,但仍不失为一种良好的管饲膳食。更多还原

【Abstract】 Patients with oral and maxillofacial malignancies who undergo surgical treatment easily develop nutritional depletion due to the acute postoperative catabolic phase and diminishment of oral intake. We made a prospective controlled trial to study the feasibility of postoperative application of an elemental diet to those patients. 39 patients were selected for the studies. In these patients, 18 were randomly placed in the experimental group and 21 in the control group, the former was supported with the elemental diet postoperatively, the latter was given the routine diets of the hospital. The results reveal: 1. nutrient intake of the experimental group was much more than that of the control group, 2. nutritional depletion of the experimental group was significantly lighter than that of the control group, 3. despite the side-effects of the elemental diet, it still is a good enteral preparation.更多还原
