【摘要】 宣统年间，在我国东北地区发生了一次震惊中外的鼠疫病大流行，当时清政府为了控制疫情，在沈阳隆重举办了有１１个国家参加的“万国鼠疫研究会”。该文根据档案史料，对这次盛会进行全面分析研究。文中包括会前准备，大会事项，与会人员，大会总结，学术交流五项内容。我们认为，此次盛会，是我国近代医学史上由我国政府主办的首次国际学术会议，其影响之大，意义之深远是空前的。它的召开，是我国防疫史上的一个里程碑。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the reign of Emperor Xuantong, the spread of the plague in northeast China shocked the whole world. In order to control this epidemic disease, the Qing government solemNly held in Shenyang "the International Plague Conference" which was attended by 11 countries.
