【摘要】 根据所定程序，对４４例食管、贲门癌患者的康复过程进行了观察，并和对照组２７例进行比较研究。结果表明：观察组和对照组术前踏车时间和功量无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５；而术后第１３天两组的踏车时间和功量相差明显（Ｐ＜０．００１），对照组体力明显下降，而经过术后康复治疗的观察组则与此相反，踏车时间和功能有所增加。认为食管、贲门癌术后常规进行康复医疗，可保持体力，缩短病程。踏车锻炼是一项较好的康复手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The postoperative rehabilitation program among 44 cases of esophagel-cardiac cancer was observed and compared with the control group of 27 cases.The result shows that the exercise tolerance test of the study and the control group are same(P> 0.05)before operation,but significant different at the 13th day after the operation(P<0.001).The physical fitness of patients in the rehabilitation program was increased instead decreased,however,the control group was reduced.Therefore,postoperative re-habilitation for the patients with esophagel-cardiac cancer i5 an available measure to keep fitness,and they discharged earlier,Ergometry training is a useful and helpful method for their recovery.
