【摘要】 ３０例慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者接受２～３周的综合康治疗后，咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难明显改善，最大运动负荷平均提高了６．４±３．６９Ｗ，与对照组相比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组患者的ＶＴ、ＶＣ、ＦＶＣ、ＦＥＶ_１．０、ＴＬＣ较治疗前明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），其它肺功能指标的改变无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。同时调查康复治疗前后１年的生活质量，治疗组有明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of a 2～3 weeks intensive comprehensive program on 30 patients with COPD was examined in this study. By rehabilitation therapy,respiratory symptoms （cough,sputum,dyspnea）were significantly improved for patients in therapy group, Maximal word load （Wmax）was significantly higher for the therapy group（6.4±3.69w）than that for the control one（0.75±2.28w）（P<0. 01）.VT,VC,FVC,FEV_1,0 and TLC were significantly higher for the therapy group after rehabilitation therapy than that before（P< 0.01）.Meanwhile we measured quality of life using ST George respiratory disease questionaire for one year after and before rehabilitation。The results indicated that the quality of life of patients in therapy group was greatly improved.Author’s address:（Rehabilitation Centre,Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital,050071）更多还原
