肌电生物反馈在半月板切除术后股四头肌功能恢复中的应用
Application of EMG biofeedback in functional recovery of quadriceps femoris muscle following meniscectomy
【摘要】 将25名半月板切除术后的患者,随机分成肌电生物反馈治疗组及对照组,指导患者进行股四头肌等长训练。训练前后均进行股四头肌的肌电水平、患肢负重能力及股四头肌徒手肌力测定。结果表明:训练后股四头肌的肌电增加幅度肌电生物反馈组明显大于对照组(P<0.01);在患肢负重能力方面,两组对比,反馈治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);训练前后的肌力测定显示:反馈治疗组训练后股四头肌肌力达到Ⅴ级的百分率是64.2%,对照组是9.1%,反馈治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。证实应用肌电生物反馈疗法对半月板切除术后的股四头肌进行训练是一种有效的物理疗法。
【Abstract】 patients with meniscectomy were randomly divided into Electromyographic(EMG)biofeedback group and controls.Both of them received isometric exercises of quadriceps femoris muscle. The EMG output and strength of quadriceps femoris muscle as well as weight bearing ability of affected leg were measured pretraining and posttraining.The results indicated that the amplitude of EMG output significantly increased in EMG feedback group compared with controls following training.The weight bearing ability of affected leg in the feedback group was significantly greater(p<0.01)after training.The per centage of patients whose strength of quadriceps femoris muscle reached V grade was 64.2% in EMG feedback group,and 9.1%in controls after training.The percentage was significantly higher in the EMG feedback group than in the controls(p<0.01 ).This study demonstrated that EMG biofeedback was an efficacious and specific therapeutic modality for the patient who had a meniscectomy.Author’ s address:(Rehabilitation Medicine Center,Third Hospital,Beijing Medical University,100083)
