风机噪声治理中的声辐射技术
Sound Emisslve Technique of Controlling Fan’s Noise
【摘要】 采用近声场声强识别法,对离心风机机壳作出了声强分布三维图。研制的双层微穿孔吸声器,以吸声系数α为目标函数进行优化设计,较好地解决了宽频率吸声。应用表明控制蜗壳声辐射的效果好,相对降噪率达40%。
【Abstract】 In this paper the sound intensity identified method of near acoustic field was empoyed in three dimensional diagram of sound intensity distribution on centrifugal fan shell. The developed double-deck microperforated resonator which was optimiaed for taking sound absotption coefficient a as objective function solved effectively wide-band sound absorptioon. Its application shows that it is effective to control the noise radiation of fan shell and reduce noise by forty percent.
