【摘要】 采用纤维喉镜下Nd：YAG激光治疗声带息肉和小结226例取得了满意疗效。对其中96例术后三年以上的患者进行追踪观察，除5例声带息肉复发外，其余病例无复发，发声功能良好。该手术方法在麻醉、手术操作、病人感觉、术后并发症等方面均优于其它手术方法，是目前较理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two hundred and twenty six patients with vocal cord polyps and nodules were treated by laryngofiber-scopic Nd: YAG laser therapy with excellent results. Among them, 96 cases were followed up for up to 3 years. All 96 but 5 cases, who were cured by the second treatment, had no recurrence of the lesions, and all patients had a well preserved vocalization function. The results indicate that it has a number of advantages,well tolerated by patients, etc. and may be considered as an excellent therapeutic approach superior to many other currently used modalities in treatment of vocal cord polyps and nodules.更多还原
