【摘要】 通过对42例原发性高血压患者（EH）、26例正常人测定口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）前后血糖（GS）、血胰岛素（IS）及其反应曲线下面积，发现EH组空腹GS与对照组之间无统计学差异；空腹IS和服糖后EH组GS、IS及其曲线下面积显著高于对照组，提示EH患者存在糖耐量降低、IS抵抗（IR）。EH组中21例患者单纯接受卡托普利有效降压4～8周后，OGTT显示糖负荷1h、2h的IS和GS水平均显著低于治疗前水平，结果提示卡托普利可以改善EH患者IR。更多还原

【Abstract】 Blood glucose,insulin and areas under the curve (AUC) were measured and calculated during OGTT in 42 hypertensive patients and 26 control normotensive subjects. The results showed the patients had higher fasting serum insulin concentration ; higher plasma glucose, and greater area under the curve after OGTT than those of the control svbjects. But no significant difference was found in the fasting glucose between the two groups. The study indicated that there were hyperinsulinemia .glucose into1erance and insulin resistance in essential hypertensives. Captopril was used to treat hypertension effectively for 4~ 8 weeks. After treatment the serum insulin and glucose concentration at 1 and 2 hour postload were significantly lowered compared to pretreatment. The results suggest that insulin resistance can be ameliorated significantly by captopril in addition to their remarkable antihypertensive effect.更多还原
