海洋波力发电装置用材防护研究

【Abstract】 An aluminium-magnesium alloy was selected for manufacturing components in ocean wave power generating equipment on the basis of corrosinn protection considerations. Its corrosion resistance was remarkably improved by anodizing. The properties of anodic film were evaluated using weight-gain during film formation, metallography and salt spray test.Comparing the results of a series of testing, the optimum conditions for anodizing process were established. Salt spray tests indicated that the anodized Al-Mg alloy exhibited corrosion resistance 30 times better than the original Al-Si alloy. Trial use of several components on the sea for one year proved the practical applicability of this corrosion protection approach.
