【摘要】 本文应用彩色多普勒血流显像对３０例甲状腺机能亢进，３０例结节性甲状腺肿，１２例慢性甲状腺炎患者的腺体内血流分布、血流频谱特征以及甲状腺上动脉的各项血流参数进行了对比研究。发现各组甲状腺疾病腺体内血流分布有明显不同，甲状腺上动脉各项血流参数中，甲亢组的收缩期血流速度（ＭＡＸ）明显高于其他各组。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases suffered with hyperthyroidism,30 with nodular goiter and 12 with chronic thyroidi-tis had been examined by CDFI to detect the intragland blood flow distributions,blood flow spectrum features,and also comparatively to study the blood flow parameters of the superior thyroidea artery.It was discovered that the intragland blood flow distributions were of great difference between these three groups.Among the blood flow parameters of superior thyroidea artery,systolic flow velocity(MAX)of the hyperthyroidism group were apparently higher than the other two.更多还原
