脑出血血浆渗透压和醛固酮的动态变化观察

【摘要】 在42例脑出血患者发病后1~2d、5~7d及4周分别测定血浆渗透压和血醛固酮浓度。结果显示:血浆渗透压和血醛固酮在发病后的1~2d无明显变化,5~7d显著低于对照组(P<0.01),4周时恢复或趋于正常。二者变化与出血量无相关关系。脑出血急性期血浆渗透压严重降低提示预后不良。

【Abstract】 The plasma osmatic pressure and the concentration of aldosterone were determined in 42 case with cerebral hemorrhage patients in the period of one to two days, five to seven days and fourth weeks of the attacke. The result showed that there were no remarkable changes in plasma osmotic pressure and aldosterone concentration on the first or second days of paroxysm. But they were prominant lower than the control groups on the fifth to seventh days (P<0. 001 ) and recovered to normal in the fourth weeks. The plasma osmotic pressure and aldoserane changes were no relation with the quantity of bleeding. The result also showed that the prognosis was unfavorable if the plasma osmotic pressure was severely lowered.
