【Abstract】 The meter measures voltage by using Pockels optoelectronic effect principle of BGO crystal. It uses light as sensing information and optic fiber as transmission media. The optical signals are transferred by optoeletronic converter and then processed by 8098 single chip computer. The system hardware and software design are analyzed in detail.更多还原
