【Abstract】 Applying the viewpoints and analytical methods of the economics relating to the enterprise system, the article makes a comparison between the reforms carried out by geological and mineral resources departments and special economic zones,which include their direction of advance, conditions, central tasks, objectives and plans.The author deems the departments of geology and mineral resources may gain a great deal of enlightenments from the experience of the special economic zones in the establishment of a socialist market economy and further free their minds and rectify their thoughts about the reform. The article also includes some suggestions made by the author on what to be done by the geological and mineral resources departments.更多还原
