【Abstract】 We traced and observed the serum antibody levels of 34 persons inoculated with brucellosis 104M vaccine. The results showed that the serum antibody levels after being immunized initially rised and droped late. It indicated that the people produce antibody to brucella and have the ability immune to brucella infection. Therefore, it is necessary that people who are in the occupation exposed to brucelosis be preventively vaccined annually.更多还原
