大骨节病病因研究报告

【摘要】 世界上只有中国、俄国和朝鲜北部少数地区有大骨节病。我国病区主要分布在从川藏到东北的狭长地带,处于东南沿海温暖、潮湿季风区与西北干旱、寒冷内陆的交界线上,反映出病区的气候、气象学的特征。但作为病区的充分条件还须有其他许多因素起作用。致病因子通过病区生产的小麦、玉米进入人体,大米不传病。病区小麦、玉米受镰刀菌污染严重可检出多量的T-2毒素(全距2.0~1549.4ng/g),非常显著地高过对照点。在重病区采用换粮措施,办儿童食堂或者种植水田主食大米即可控制和杜绝新患发生。用病区谷物分离的镰刀菌接种于非病区玉米,制成菌粮按10%比例加入正常饲米喂养雏鸡,或者用T-2纯品按100ug/ks·d投与雏鸡,5周即可出现膝关节骺板软骨深层带状坏死,类似人类大骨节病的早期改变。谷物镰刀菌产生的T-2毒素是大骨节病的原因,它的流行受制于自然、社会、生产的多种因素。

【Abstract】 All over the world, Kaschin-Beck disease occurs only in China, Russia and the north part of Korea.The KBD areas in China distributed mainly over long and narrow zone from Sichuan province and Tibet to the northeast of china where is a boundary between warm, wet and monsoon regions in southeast coastal provinces and arid, chilly and inland regions in northwest provinces, mirroring the features of its climate and meteorology. As for the ample conditions of KBD areas, besides,tbere are some more factors related to KBD occurence, pathogenic agent of KBD enter into human body through wheat and maize produced in KBD areas, but the rice from KBD areas doesn’t transmit this disease. The reason is that wheat and maize produced in KBD areas was polluted seriously by fusarium. T-2 toxin can be fund largely in the wheat flour and maize produced in KBD areas, and its content (range 2. 0-1549. 4ng/g) is very much higher than that in the non-KBD areas. Adopted exchanging grain, setting up children dining rooms through introcusing grain from non-KBD area, raising and eating rice and so on in severe KBD ar eas, the occurence of new cases of KBD could be controled and eliminated thoroughly. The fusarium that was isolated from the cereal produced in KBD areas was inoculated in non-KBD areals maize to makefusarium grain. Chickens aged one day were fed with diets containing 10% fusarium grain Per day and0. ling T-2 toxin/kg weight per day respectively,and fifth week later a cartilaginous band-shaped necrosis in deep lay6r of growth plate in knee joints could be found,as is very similar to earlier changes ofKBD in human being tin conclusion,T ̄2 toxin produced by the fusarium of cereal is the cause of KBD,prevalence of the disease is affected by many factors such as nature,society and production.,
