双波长法测定八角莲注射液中山奈酚的含量

【摘要】 用双波长法测定八角莲注射液中山奈酚的含量，操作简便，结果准确。山奈酚含量为９２～９５μｇ／ｍｌ。

【Abstract】 Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was developed for the determination of kaempferol in Bajiaolian Injection. This method is simple with accurate result.The content of kaempferol is at the range of 92～95Pg/ml。
