In this paper, we propose the pilot model, aircraft model and the turbulence model ofthe atmosphere. A man - machine - atmosphere environment system model is presented,which is convenient for the simulation program. Using the system model we studied the influences of the atmospheric disturbance on the pilot control behavior and the closed--loopsystem characteristics.
