【摘要】 我院于１９８７～１９９３年应用大柴胡汤治疗胆道蛔虫病３２例。结果治愈２９例，有效１例，无效２例，治愈率为９０．６３％总有效率为９３．７５％治愈者平均服药１５天。观察到大柴胡汤具有消炎止痛、利胆排蛔的作用。认为胆道蛔虫病的治疗，不能满足于症状的消失，而应注重虫体的排出，以减少或杜绝形成胆道结石等并发症而造成的危害。更多还原

【Abstract】 32 cases of biliary ascariasis were treated with Da Chaihu Decoction during the period of 1987～1993 in this hospital.The results showed that 29 cases were cured.1 case was effective. 2 cases were ineffective. The curerate was 90.63%. The total effective rate was 93.75%. Average days of takingdrugs were 15 days. The effects of relieving inflammation to remove pain,nom-alizing function of the gallbladder and relieving ascariasis were observed.In treat-ing billary ascariasis, more attention should be paid on the ejection of ascaridesthan on the disappear of symptom in order to reduce or prevent the danger caused by the complication such as fomration of gallstones.更多还原
