两次全反射X射线荧光能谱分析仪的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF A PROTOTYPE OF X-RAY FLUORES-CENCE SPECTROMETER WITH DOUBLE TOTAL REFLECTION
【摘要】 文章概述自行研制的两次全反射x射线荧光(TXRF)能谱分析仪的结构和性能。该谱仪使用与之配套而开发的SPAN/XRFV4.ox射线谱处理软件。实验测试结果表明:对原子序数Z>l6的大部分元素的探测下限可达10 ̄(-10)g。该能谱分析仪为测定动力堆乏燃料元件溶解液中的不溶残渣的化学元素而研制,但可推广用于痕量元素分析的诸多研究和应用领域。
【Abstract】 The paper describes the structure and performance of a prototype of X-ray fruorescence spec-trometer with double total reflection. Advanced software SPAN/XRF V 4.0 for processing X-rayspectra is developed simultaneously. The results of test indicate that the minimum detection limitsat level of l0 ̄(10)g are reached for the most of elements for atomic number Z>16. This spectrometer is developed for the determination of element compositions of insoluble residues from PWRspent fuel elements,but also can be used to other research and application areas for trace analysis.
