【Abstract】 The Channel theory of fission with diffuse dynamics is proposed based on Bohr channel the-ory of fission and Fokker-Planck equation。 The influence of the details from deformed ground stateto saddel point is taken into account in the fission width calculations. The main features of the the-ory is illustrated both in analytical and numerical ways. Since the model is physically clear andconsists with Bohr-Wheeler formula when the friction coefficient of the system goes to zero,andalso is rather easy to work with in a statistical model,it can be used in the analysis of fissio processand other related calculations of many other nucler science and technology applications.
