【Abstract】 The paper introduces the techniques of making isotopic targets for nuclear physicsexperiments. Vacuum evaporation,focused heavy-ion beam sputtering ued to prepare various iso-topic targets at CIAE are deascribed.Reduction-distillation with active metals and electrolytic re-duction for converting isotope oxides to metals are mentioned.
