茶油、豆油对大鼠体内活性氧及抗氧化酶活性影响的研究

【摘要】 研究茶油、豆油对Wistar大鼠组织活性氧及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果显示:喂养茶油的大鼠组织活性氧水平(肝477.44±56.42cps/g,肾2411.69±309.21cps/g)明显低于喂养豆油的大鼠(肝711.06±76.96cps/g,肾3419.46±267.69cps/g),P<0.05。并且,茶油组大鼠SOD活性(2032.50±62.66U/gHb)明显高于豆油组大鼠(1508.72±72·40U/gHb),豆油添加大量维生素后明显降低肝组织活性氧水平,并有较高SOD活性。研究表明:茶油具有一定的抗氧化能力,豆油在较高摄入情况下应补充适量的维生素,以增加抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 he effects of tea seed oil and soybean oil on free oxygen radical andthe activities of antioxidative enzymes in rats were studied. The results sho-wed : The levels of tissue free oxygen radical in the rats fed with tea seedoil(liver 477.44±59.42 cps/g,kidney 2411.69± 309.21 cps/g) were lower thanthose in the rats fed with soybean oil (liver 711.06 ± 76.96 cps/g, kidney3419A6±267.69 cps/g),P<0.05. SOD activities in the rats fed with tea seedoil(2032.50 ± 62.66 U/g Hb) were higher than thiose in the rats fed withsoybean oil(1508.72 ± 72.40U/gHb),Vitamin E reduced significantly freeoxygen radical of liver and promoted the activity of SOD in rats. Theseresults indicated that tea seed oil possessed a high potential of antioxidation.A large intake of soybean oil should be supplemented with vitamin E forantioxidation.
