【Abstract】 Six cases of nonunited fracture of the femoral neck in young adults treated withMc. Murray osteotomy had been followed up for 5 to 13 years. In all of them the good repairof femoral neck fracture and excellent functions of those hip joints were observed. Authors believe that Mc.Murray osteotomy is certainly amore useful treatment method for thenonunited fracture of femoral neck in young adults, including the patient with a mild avas-cular necrosis of the femoral head.更多还原
