【Abstract】 This paper introduces a newly developed L-Band coherent polarization scatte-rometer.The scatterometer can measure simultaneously the amplitude and phase Information of different polarizations scattered from objects ,i. e. it can measure the multi-scatter.coefficionts of different polarizations seattered from objects. The scatterometer has the following properties:(1)The transmitted H-polarized signals are coherent witheaeh other.Moreover they are transmitted simultaneonsly.(2)All functions,such as control,internal calibration ,measurement,mainsvoltages trouble-monitoring and data processing are all managed by a computer to form an intelligent meascering system.。(3) The feeder is installed in the offset form with a low side lobe level of theantenna.(4)The swept-frequency oscillator uses the YIG oscillator which has excellent frequeney linearity.更多还原
