【Abstract】 Three types of glucose oxidase(GOD)electrode were fabricatpd by absorbingand/or cross-linking。 It was found that the response properties of the enzyme electrode weremainly determined by the methods of membrane formation. In order to obtain an enzymeelectrode having fast response time and large current values,a suitable thickness of enzymemembrane is required.
