【Abstract】 Data of primary duodenal carcinoma (PDC) on barium meals and CT scans were retrospectively reviewed. We found that PDC appeared abnormal findings including filling deficit in the diseased small intestine,inflexible wall of the intestine, ulcer and abnormal fold of the intestine mucosa on barium meal, and thicking or mass of the wall of small intestine with homogeneous or heterogeneous density and increasing density of fatty space around the diseased intestine on CT scans. We believed that barium meal could demonstrate the findings of the mucosa of PDC to help make a diagnosis and CT scans could help clincial classification of the tumor.更多还原
