肝细胞癌侵入胆管的CT与PTC研究(附17例分析)

【摘要】 本文分析了17例肝细胞癌侵犯肝门水平大胆管的CT与PTC表现,显示肿瘤病灶不具有肝细胞癌的典型CT征象,探讨了它与其他病变的鉴别诊断。

【Abstract】 CT and PTC findings of main bile duct invaded by hepatocellular carcinoma in 17 csaes were reviewed. The result showed the tumors without characteric findings of HCC on CT scanning, and discussed the differential diagnosis.
