【摘要】 本文分析了我院88例35岁以下青年人原发性肺癌的临床及X线表现。男多于女。临床主要症状为咳嗽、胸痛、血痰。病理以腺癌38.6％为主,其次为鳞癌36.4％,未分化癌20.5％,其它癌4.5％。青年人肺癌X线表现与老年人肺癌基本相似,无其它特殊X线征。因此,本资料表明:青年、老年原发性肺癌的临床和X线表现,除年龄外似无明显区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinic and X-ray manifestations of 88 cases of primary lung cancer in young patients, aged under 35, were analyzed. Male were more than female. The major clinic signs included cough, chest pain and bloody sputum. Adenocarinoma was accounted for 38.6%, squamous carcinoma for 36.4%, and undifferentiated carcinoma for 20. 5%, other carcinoma for 4. 5%. X-ray features and type of lung cancer were similiar to that of old patients and no specific X-ray signs were Observed. The results showed that the clinic and X-ray signs of lung cancer in young patients did not differ from that in old patients except the age. The characteristic X-ray features were not found.更多还原
