心率信号的混沌分析

【摘要】 非线性动力学研究方法之一的混沌分析方法在许多科学领域都得到了应用。研究表明,心率信号是混沌信号。本文介绍了判断信号混沌特征的方法,如相平面图,延时图,功率谱等图形法;李雅普诺夫指数,分维数,混沌度等数值法。介绍了心率信号混沌分析在心血管疾病的诊断预测及植物神经系统功能测试方面的应用,最后还介绍了作者的部分工作。

【Abstract】 The chaotic analysis method, one of the nonlinear dynamics research meth-ods had been used in many science fields。The research results suggested thatheart rate signal was a kind of chaos signal;This review introduced some waysfor determining the signal’s chaos characteristics,such as the graphic method,included phase plane plots,return maps and power spectrum,and the numericmethod,included Lyapunov exponents,fractal dimension and chaos indexes。This paper not only presented the application about diagnosing and predictingcardiovascular disease by means of analysing chaotic characteristics of heart ratesignal,but also involved the application of analysing chaotic characteristics ofheart rate signal to test autonomic nervous system。The author’s some researchwork had been introduced at the end of this article。
