【摘要】 临终关怀学作为一门独立的学科存在已有二三十年的历史。我国临终关怀学的研究近年来有很大发展,有关论文、专著不断涌现。为使该学科在《中图法》中有所反映,笔者分析有四种方案可供选择:（1）在“R47护理学”下增加类目注释。（2） 利用空号“R475”设置“临终关怀学”。（3） 利用空号“R48”设置“临终关怀学”。（4） 用“R4-05”类分该类文献。从学科发展考虑,笔者认为宜采用第三种方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospice, as an independent subject,has a history of twenty or thirty years. Our country’s research in this field has developed a great deal in recent years, related treatises and monographs are constantly springing up. In order to make the subject appear in China Society of Library science Classification,four methods are optional:1. adding notes to"R47 Nursing".2. adding "Hospice"under empty number "R475".3. adding "Hospice"under empty number "R48".4. using "R4-05"category to classify items of this subject.
