【摘要】 本研究调查了益阳县１９９０～１９９１年０～１４岁儿童意外死亡水平及死亡原因，分析了０～４岁儿童意外死亡的主要影响因素。结果表明：益阳县０～１４岁儿童意外死亡率为１０３．４９／１０万，占儿童总死亡的４３．６６％，男孩意外死亡率高于女孩，意外死亡前三位死因依次为溺水、窒息、车祸，占意外死亡的９４％。３０１例０～４岁儿童意外发生地点主要是家中及其周围场所，２／３以上发生于无成人照看。８２．４４％溺水发生在４～９月份。８２％窒息发生于寒冷的冬春季，其中８８．７１％是１岁以前的婴儿。提示意外死亡是儿童死亡的首要原因，尤其是溺水、窒息及车祸，构成本地区儿童死亡的主要威胁。更多还原

【Abstract】 This sutdy investigated the mortality rate and causes of death due to injury among children aged 0～14 and the factors result in the injury death of children aged 0～4during the two years of 1990─l99l in Yiyang county. The results showed the accidental mortality rate was l03. 49 per l00, 000 among children aged 0～14 in Yiyang county , which accounted for 43. 66 percent of all childhood deaths. Accident mortality rate was higher among boys than that among girls,The leading causes of Injury death among 420 children aged 0～14 were drowning, suffocation, and traffic accident sequently, which totally accounted for 94percent of total childhood accidental deaths. By analysising the caurses of injury death of 301children aged 0～4,we found that accidents mainly occurred at home or nearby places , over 2/3 of them occurred on the condition of no watching by adults, The drownings occurring from April to September were 82. 44 precent of all the year. 88. 7l percent of suffocations occurred among children age under l and 82 percent of them occurred with cold weather in winter or in spring. This indicated injury, previously drowning, suffocation,traffic accident,was the main fatality to children.更多还原
