【摘要】 在湖北省麻城市白果镇，将２００名年满４月龄的婴儿，按行政村随机分为实验组和对照组，每组人数相同。实验组婴儿食用我们研制的简易营养米粉。对两组婴儿同时跟踪观察８个月，以分析评价该简易营养米粉对改善农村婴幼儿营养状况的效果。结果表明：经过４～８个月的喂养后，实验组男女婴儿体重增值和身高增值明显高于对照组，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；试验组婴儿的Ｋａｕｐ指数也明显地高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。另外，经过一段时间的食用后，家长普遍反映，该米粉食用方便，易消化，无任何不良反应，婴儿乐于接受。更多还原
