【Abstract】 As shown by experiment, the Kangweida Liquid Disinfectant has 100,100 and 99. 89 per cent of killing rate to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis var niger respectively. The LD 50 of acute toxic test is higher than the dosage of 5g/kg B. W. in both sexes of mice. In accordance with the acute toxic standard of disinfectant, it really has no toxicity. The skin irritant test to guinea-pig with average irritant index of 0 shows that it dosn’t irritate to the skin. It is also negative to microcore test of rat marrow.更多还原
