【摘要】 本实验在兔眼玻璃体内植入铁粒后于1天、3天及7天手术摘出.在手术前后预定的时间检查视网膜电图(ERG).结果:(1)异物植入后ERG a、b波幅值随存留时间延长呈下降趋势.(2)异物植入后24小时手术摘出组在观察期末ERG波幅值恢复最好.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,an iron particle was placed into the vitreous cavity of rabbit eyes and extracted at 1,3 and 7 day postimplantation. The Electroretinogram (ERG) was performed at certain time pre- and post-operation The results showed as follows : (1). The retinal damage got more and more seriously as the iron foreign body retained in the vitreous. (2)Theexperimental group,which intravitreal foreign body was extracted on the first day postim-plantation, showed the best recovery by the end of experimental observation.更多还原
