PVA人工玻璃体的研制及生物相容性研究
The study on the manifactory of PVA synthetic vitrcous and its biocompatibility.
【摘要】 PVA经过过滤、透析、辐照交联、膨润等过程可制成 PVA人工玻璃体,通过控制其工艺流程可使其在含水量、透光率、折光指数、比重、pH等方面与人眼玻璃体一致.兔眼玻璃体置换术表明PVA人工玻璃体具有良好的生物相容性,术后兔眼反应轻微,组织学检查、ERG检查表明PVA人工玻璃体对兔眼视网膜结构和功能无明显影响,且可在兔眼内存留较长时间,维持术后眼压略高于术前达2月之久.
【Abstract】 PVA synthetic vitreous can be made from PVA through the process of filtration, dialysis, irradiation and cross-linking and swelling. By controlling the making process, PVA synthetic vitreous can be made with the same water content, light transmission rate, refractive index, specific gravity and pH as those of human vitreous. Rabbit vitreous replacement shows that PVA synthetic vitreous has good biocompatibility. Postoperative reaction is slight. Examinations of histology and ERG reveal that PVA synthetic vitreous has little effect to the structure and function of rabbit retina. And PVA synthetic vitreous can remain in rabbit vitreous for a long time, maintain the IOP a little higher than that before operation for 2 months.
