链激酶高产菌株的选育

【摘要】 对原始出发菌株－Ｓ１Ｐ１Ｃ１．７２７交替使用亚硝基胍（ＮＴＧ）及紫外线（ＵＶ）进行诱变处理，经过纯化，再用超声波和ＵＶ复合处理，纯化得到一株高产菌株－ｃｏｕ２＇１１，使摇瓶单位提高了七倍，五立升玻璃发酵罐单位达到１０００ｕ／ｍｌ以上。

【Abstract】 high yield streptokinase mutant named strain Cou 2’11 was obtained by alternate treatment withNTG and UV-radiation and the combining treatment with ultrasonic and UV-radiation. The potency ofstreptorkinase increased to f100 u/ml.
