【摘要】 对成年皱纹盘消化道组织学观察发现，其粘膜上皮主要为单层柱状上皮，有三种细胞成分。柱状上皮细胞：分布于整个消化道，为消化道的主体细胞，其细胞高度范围、细胞排列疏密依部位不同而异。杯状细胞：主要分布在口、咽、食道及直肠。颗粒状腺细胞：分布在除嗉囊和胃以外的其余消化道粘膜，其特征为胞浆含有嗜酸性颗粒。更多还原

【Abstract】 the histology of alimenary tract of adult Haliotis disc hannai is deseribed in detail.The mucus membrane is mainly formed of a single-layer of columnly formed of a single-nnar epithelium which is composedof three types of cells .(1) Columnar cell:the main cells of the mucus and distributed in whole tract.The height and arrange of the cells are varicd at different places of the tract.(2)Goblet cell:located mainly in mouth:pharynx, exophagus and rectum.(3)Granular gland cell:distributed inthe mucus membrane throughotit the alimentary tract except crop and stomach.The cell ischaracterized by the acidophilic granule the cytoplasm.更多还原
